Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from this website located at http://www.clenzocleaners.com and from herein referred to as ClenzOcleaners. Please note that your use of ClenzOcleaners constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

Product Information
Most ClenzOcleaners products displayed on ClenzOcleaners are available in select stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at ClenzOcleaners are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify sales@clenzozone.com. You will receive an email from sales@clenzozone.com when your order has been confirmed.

Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders are shipped through various handlers, such as SAIA freight, USA UPS Ground, and Fed-Ex Ground unless selected otherwise. Rates are calculated through UPS or Fed-Ex calculator in the shopping cart. All orders within Florida will incur the current Florida sales tax. Please contact sales@clenzozone.com if you have any questions.

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on ClenzOcleaners, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and customer service. Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Weekends and holidays excluded. SAIA, Fed-Ex, and UPS do not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays. Next Day Shipping order must be submitted by 10 AM EST. Items ordered together may ship separately. ClenzOcleaners does not ship internationally.

Order Verification
All suspect orders are subject to verification, this is done for your protection. Suspect orders will be held until verified. All unverified orders will be automatically canceled after 7 days.

Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated upon check out and depend on which country the items purchased are being shipped to. To view your shipping costs, place the desired items you wish to order in your shopping cart, then view your shopping cart, then click on the check out button to set the shipping address to determine your shipping costs. The ClenzOcleaners Privacy Policy collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions.
